First craft distillery in the Chianti Classico region, founded by Enrico Chioccioli Altadonna (family winemakers). Uses a 500L Frilli copper pot still (Tuscan-made). All whiskies matured in casks from their sister winery: Supertuscan wine casks, Vin Santo casks, and Tuscan wine casks. Flagship 'Florentis' brand unveiled at Velier Live 2024. Planning second distillery in central Florence near Brunelleschi's Dome.
