170-year-old grappa house now in its sixth generation. Produces InQuota mountain whiskies using high-altitude barley and rye, Dolomite spring water. Unique maturation in spruce wood casks from Dolomite forests alongside traditional oak and Amarone wine casks. Expressions include Dolomiti (spruce cask finish), Mountain Rye, and Amarone cask finish — unmistakably Alpine interpretations.
