Canada's northernmost whisky distillery, operated by Yukon Brewing in Whitehorse. Produces numbered single malt releases using barley malted in-house. Extreme subarctic climate (-40C winters to +30C summers) creates dramatic seasonal maturation cycles. Each release is unique with different cask types. Won multiple Canadian Whisky Awards.
