Spirit of York
Toronto's first distillery since Prohibition, located in the historic Distillery District -- one of North America's most famous former whisky-producing areas (Gooderham and Worts operated here 1832-1990). Uses 100% Ontario-grown grain and copper pot stills. The distillery, bar, and restaurant occupy a beautifully restored Victorian-era industrial space. Brings craft distilling back to a neighborhood that once produced more whisky than anywhere else in Canada.
