Slyrs
Bavaria's pioneering single malt whisky distillery, founded by master distiller Florian Stetter at the foot of the Alps near Lake Schliersee. Named after the original Bavarian settlers (Slyrs) who inhabited the region. Uses locally sourced Bavarian barley and matures whisky in new American white oak and various finish casks. The Alpine climate with cold winters and warm summers drives dynamic maturation. Core range includes Classic (3-year), Fifty One (51% ABV), and various cask finishes (Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Marsala, rum). Germany's most recognized whisky brand internationally, proving that Alpine terroir can produce distinctive single malt.
