Over 70-year-old Sardinian winery and distillery, famous for Vernaccia di Oristano wine. Produces 'Whisky from Sardinia' single malt from 100% Sardinian two-row barley, double-distilled in a 1985 copper pot still (crafted in Siena). Matured in ultra-centenary Sardinian chestnut barrels previously used for Vernaccia. Located km from the sea, imparting salty marine notes. Limited edition: 1,500 bottles at 43.7% ABV.
