Vancouver Island distillery on the wild west coast near Sooke. Known for its award-winning Seaside Gin using locally foraged botanicals including winged kelp. Whisky program uses local barley and matures in ex-bourbon and Canadian wine casks. Maritime climate provides natural temperature cycling for maturation.
