Vancouver Island single malt distillery growing its own barley on a 380-acre farm -- true grain-to-glass production. Uses Scottish-style copper pot stills and ages in a mix of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and Canadian wine casks. One of the first BC distilleries to produce aged single malt whisky.
