Farm distillery in Lorraine, eastern France, growing its own barley and malting on site -- a true grain-to-glass operation. The Grallet-Dupic family have been farmers since the 18th century. Produces Subtil, Rare Collection, and Fume (peated) expressions. Uses both French oak and ex-cognac casks for maturation.
