Craft distillery in Fjerritslev near Jammerbugten Bay on Denmark's west coast, founded March 2009 by adventurer and explorer Anders Bilgram. Situated by the ice age gorge Hodalen. Two copper stills producing award-winning spirits. Barley grown on the slopes of the Hodal valley. Produces Hodal Whiskey, gin, and aquavit with herbs and botanicals from surrounding forests. Founding member of the Danish Whisky Manifesto (2025).
