Single malt whisky brand produced by Central City Brewing in Surrey, BC. Named after the two Scottish-Canadian families (Lohin and McKinnon) who founded Central City. Uses a Vendome copper pot still and matures in a variety of cask types including ex-Islay peated scotch barrels. Offers both peated and unpeated single malt expressions.
