Brewery-distillery in Feldbach, East Styria, producing both craft beer and whisky. The 'Lava' name references the region's volcanic geological history — the East Styrian volcanic land is one of Austria's most distinctive geological zones. Produces whisky from their own brewery's malt wash, similar to the Scottish model of brewery-distillery crossover. Member of the Austrian Whisky Association.
