Pioneer of Polish single malt whisky, founded 2005 in Jablonka, southern Poland. First Polish single malt distilled in 2012, released as Prologue Limited Edition — 1,400 bottles from four casks, using Pale Ale (40%), birch-smoked (40%) and caramelized (20%) malt. Also produces Mr. Rye (100% malted rye, 45% ABV). Relocated additional operations to St. Petersburg, Florida in 2014, maintaining dual Polish-American identity. A true craft pioneer in the emerging Polish whisky scene.
