Ireland's smallest licensed whiskey distillery, nestled at the foot of the Mourne Mountains. Founded by Brendan Carty. Uses a tiny direct-fired copper pot still and produces single malt with innovative cask programs. Releases are extremely limited and highly sought after by collectors. A true micro-distillery punching far above its weight.
