First distillery in Helsinki for over a century, opened August 2014 in Teurastamo, a former 1930s slaughterhouse turned food culture hub. Operates 300-litre and 1500-litre Carl GmbH copper pot stills. Annual production approximately 30,000 litres. Produces rye whiskey, single malts, gin, applejack, and aquavit with emphasis on local raw materials.
