Forty Creek
Founded by the late John K. Hall, a winemaker-turned-distiller who applied winemaking principles to whisky. Each grain (corn, rye, barley) is distilled, aged, and blended separately -- radical in Canadian whisky. Forty Creek Barrel Select and Confederation Oak are benchmarks of the new Canadian craft whisky movement. Located in the Niagara wine region. Acquired by Campari Group in 2014.
