Founded by Gilbert Miclo in 1962 in the Pays Welche at the foot of the Vosges mountains. Launched Welche's Whisky in 2016 after years of barrel aging trials beginning in 2011. Their whiskies carry the IGP Alsatian Whisky designation, requiring Alsatian barley with no artificial coloring, flavoring, or sweetening. Produces approximately 200,000 bottles annually across all spirit categories. Renowned among Michelin-starred restaurants and top wine merchants worldwide.
