Family distillery in the heart of Petite Champagne, Cognac country, established in 1878 by Jean Granchere. Now in its sixth generation. Produces French single malt whisky alongside cognac, using 10 Charentais copper stills with double distillation. All ingredients sourced from the estate -- barley, barrels, and water. Whisky aged in cognac, Pineau des Charentes, and Sauternes casks, giving unique fruity Charentais character. Storage capacity of 5,000 hectoliters in oak barrels and 15,000 hectoliters in stainless steel.
