Located in a converted barn in the Cotswolds AONB, producing single malt from locally-grown Odyssey barley. Founded by Dan Szor, a former Wall Street financier. Uses high-quality Holstein pot stills. Signature Cotswolds Single Malt features rich, fruity character with STR (shaved, toasted, re-charred) red wine cask influence.
