Collingwood distillery on the shores of Georgian Bay, producing Canadian Mist blended Canadian whisky. Also home to Collingwood Whisky, which uses toasted maplewood staves for finishing. Originally built by Barton Brands, later Brown-Forman, now Sazerac. One of Canada's highest-volume distilleries.
