London's first single malt whisky distillery in over a century, located in Park Royal, northwest London. Founded by Dariusz Plazewski. Uses heritage barley varieties (Marris Otter) and floor malting. Produces ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and re-charred oak expressions. Rapidly gained cult following for rich, complex spirit at young ages.
